Wellness for Highly Stressed Individuals:

Research shows that stress reduction techniques which incorporate deep relaxation training and guided imagery aid in the creation of good health and an overall sense of well-being. AAC Counseling Associates utilizes these methods in our wellness seminars, government and corporate presentations, group and individual psychotherapy and weekend retreats. Federal, state, and local law prohibit sexual harassment on the job.  Brookmont Center's distinguished consulting and training team is a highly experienced group of women and men with expertise in all aspects of organizational development and systems change. Our team members are experts in identifying gender bias and helping organizations to prevent sexual harassment and to respond to it in effective and productive ways.
